That the Administration, Finance and Human Resources Committee move into a closed meeting for the purposes of considering personal matters about an identifiable individual and acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality.

That the Community Housing Development Fund Application - Township of Mapleton delegation by Manny Baron, CAO, Township of Mapleton and David McAuley, Architect be received for information.

That the Administration, Finance and Human Resources Committee (AF&HR) recommends to County Council approval of the County Housing Development Fund application submitted by the Township of Mapleton; and That the funding agreement between the County and Mapleton include provisions for the release of the $1,000,000 grant in a one lump sum payment; and That Mapleton is responsible for the timely release of funds to Conestoga Crest Seniors Housing Inc.; and That the funding agreement between the County and Mapleton be reviewed by AF&HR for recommendation to County Council.

That the draft agreement between the Township of Puslinch and the County of Wellington for the Community Housing Development Funding Programme be recommended to County Council for approval and execution.

That the Administration, Finance and Human Resources committee receive the 2026 Election, Council and Committee Dates report and forward to County Council for approval.

That tender CW2026-014 for roof replacement work at 576 Woolwich Street in the City of Guelph as specified be award to Always Roofing Ltd., of Concord, Ontario at the total tendered price of $460,560.00 excluding H.S.T at 13%; and That the cost of materials supplied by Garland Canada Inc., of Toronto for the roofing membrane system be approved in the amount of $471,895.38 excluding H.S.T. @13%; and That the funding for this project be approved as set out in the Financial Summary; and That staff be authorized to issue the Purchase Order for the contract; and That the Warden and Clerk be authorized to sign the construction agreements.

That the Corporate Financial Statements for the County of Wellington as of February 28, 2026 be approved.

That the Development Charge Reserve Fund statements for the period ending December 31, 2025, be approved, posted to the County website, and shared with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, if requested.

That the County Treasurer’s report re: 2026 Annual Repayment Limit be received for information.

That the County Clerk and Treasurer be directed to prepare the debenture by-law and sign all necessary documents pertaining to the County debenture issue dated March 30, 2026.

That the report titled Occupational Exposure Registry Self-Tracker be received for information.
