That the minutes of the Council meeting held on February 27, 2025 be confirmed as recorded and distributed.

That persons desiring to address Council be permitted to do so.

That by-laws 5919-25 to 5923-25 taken as read a first and second time by the Clerk, and that they be given consideration in Committee of the Whole.

That Council now go into Committee of the Whole.

That Council move into a closed meeting for the purposes of considering personal matters about an identifiable individual, litigation or potential litigation, advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege.

That the March 11, 2025 Minutes of the Roads Committee be received and

(Roads Minutes Motion 8/3/25) That oversized signs be placed at all locations. That the March 11, 2025 Minutes of the Solid Waste Services Committee be received and

That the March 12, 2025 Minutes of the O.P.P. Detachment Board be received and

That the March 12, 2025 Minutes of the Joint Social Services & Land Ambulance Committee, be received and

That the March 12, 2025 Minutes of the Information, Heritage and Seniors Committee be received and

That the March 13, 2025 Minutes of the Planning Committee be received and

That the March 13, 2025 Minutes of the Planning Public Meeting - OPA 126 Urban Boundary Expansions be received and

That the March 18, 2025 Minutes of the Economic Development Committee be received and

That the March 18, 2025 Minutes of the Administration, Finance and Human Resources Committee be received and

That staff be directed to complete for the May 2025 Council meeting, a comprehensive SWOT analysis of options discussed at the Attainable Housing Taskforce including: 1. Community Land Trust 2. Affordable Ownership Proposal 3. Partnership with Habitat for Humanity 4. Do nothing To also include community scan of who may be able to deliver or partner with to accomplish this goal; and Further that the supporting documents from the taskforce be forwarded to all members of Council immediately

That by-laws 5919-25 to 5923-25 be considered and

That the Committee rise as Council to report and confirm the actions taken in Committee of the Whole.

That the actions taken in Committee of the Whole today be confirmed by this Council and the Minutes of the Committees be adopted.

That by-laws 5919-25 to 5923-25 be taken as read a third time by the Clerk and passed.
