That persons desiring to address Council be permitted to do so.

That by-laws 5949-25 and 5950-25 be taken as read a first and second time by the Clerk, and that they be given consideration in Committee of the Whole.

That Council now go into Committee of the Whole.

That Council move into a closed meeting for the purposes of considering acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality, labour relations or employee negotiations, advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, trade secret or scientific, technical, commercial, financial or labour relations information, supplied in confidence, which, if disclosed could reasonably be expected to prejudice the competitive position or interfere with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group or organization and a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations

That the October 8, 2025 Minutes of the Wellington County O.P.P. Detachment Board be received and

That County Council request that the OPP deploy Black Cats to collect data from the current Community Safety Zone Automated Speed Enforcement locations.
