That persons desiring to address Council be permitted to do so.

That the Development Charges Kickoff Meeting presentation by Byron Tan, Managing Partner, Watson and Associates Economists be received for information.

That by-laws 5982-26 to 5985-26 be taken as read a first and second time by the Clerk, and that they be given consideration in Committee of the Whole.

That Council now go into Committee of the Whole.

That Council move into a closed meeting for the purposes of considering acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality, labour relations or employee negotiations, litigation or potential litigation, advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, information explicitly supplied in confidence by Canada, a province or territory or a crown agency of any of them, a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations

That the May 12, 2026 Minutes of the Roads Committee be received and

That the May 12, 2026 Minutes of the Solid Waste Services Committee be received and

That the May 13, 2026 Minutes of the Wellington County O.P.P. Detachment Board be received and

That the May 13, 2026 Minutes of the Joint Social Services & Land Ambulance Committee be received and

That the May 13, 2026 Minutes of the Heritage and Seniors Committee be received and

That the May 13, 2026 Minutes of the Library Board be received and

That the May 14, 2026 Minutes of the Planning Committee be received and

That the May 19, 2026 Minutes of the Economic Development Committee be received and

That the May 19, 2026 Minutes of the Administration, Finance and Human Resources Committee be received and

That by-laws 5982-26 to 5985-26 be considered and

That By-law 5983-26 - A by-law to enter into an encroachment agreement over a portion of Wellington Road 25 between The Corporation of the County of Wellington, The Regional Municipality of Peel, James Dick Construction Limited, and 634745 Ontario Limited be

That by-laws 5982-26, 5984-26 and 5985-26 be considered and

That the correspondence from the Township of Puslinch dated May 21, 2026 regarding Estill Development Ministerial Zoning Order Request be received for information.

That the Committee rise as Council to report and confirm the actions taken in Committee of the Whole.

That the actions taken in Committee of the Whole today be confirmed by this Council and the Minutes of the Committees be adopted.

That by-laws 5982-26, 5984-26 and 5985-26 be taken as read a third time by the Clerk and passed.
