That Council now go into Committee of the Whole.

That Council move into a closed meeting for the purposes of considering personal matters about an identifiable individual, acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality, labour relations or employee negotiations, litigation or potential litigation, advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, authority under another act, information explicitly supplied in confidence by Canada, a province or territory or a crown agency of any of them.
