Joint Social Services and Land Ambulance Committee

That the financial statements as of August 31, 2026 be approved.

That the Joint Social Services and Land Ambulance Committee recommend to County Council to approve the report, 10-Year Housing and Homelessness Plan (2025-2035), and submit to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing on behalf of the County of Wellington.

That the attached Memorandum of Understanding and Lease Template for the Erin Ambulance Station be approved in principle; and That the Memorandum of Understanding and Lease Template be used as a basis for all future station builds; and That County staff include updated budget estimates for land acquisition and construction of the Erin Land Ambulance Station and future Ambulance Stations in the 2027 Budget and 10-Year Plan; and That this report be forwarded to the City of Guelph with a request to approve the Memorandum of Understanding, Lease Template, and operating budget for the Erin Ambulance Station lease; and That once approvals are obtained, that County and City staff work together on site selection and report back to the Joint Social Services and Land Ambulance Committee with a recommendation on land acquisition.

That the resolutions on the Usage of City Hall as an Overnight Warming and Cooling Centre be received for information.

That the resolution Public Space Use Bylaw Update be received for information.
