That the Wellington County OPP Detachment Board recommends to County Council that the current and future public member appointments to the Board be allowed to run for six (6) months beyond their expiry dates to provide Board governance continuity, and that all appointing resolutions be worded as such; and, That in-coming County Councillors interested in sitting on the Wellington County OPP Detachment Board obtain a police record check and register for the requisite Board training in advance of the Warden’s Inaugural if possible.
