That County of Wellington Project No. CW2025-026 for patio replacement, consisting of replacing patio stones and wood privacy fences as specified at 301 Tucker St, Athur be awarded to Brick & Co Restorations Ltd. of Kitchener, Ontario at the total tendered amounts of $127,000.00 excluding H.S.T. @13%; and That the funding for this project be approved as set out in the Financial Summary; and That staff be authorized to issue the Purchase Order for the contract; and That the Warden and Clerk be authorized to sign the necessary agreements.
