That County Council delegate authority to the CAO to exercise restricted acts under Section 275 of the Municipal Act and that the appropriate by-law be presented to Council.

That staff be authorized to purchase a Televic G4 Wireless Audio Conference sound system from Soundbox Productions for the Council Chambers.

That the Continuum of Care verbal update provided by Warden Linton be received for information.

That the GFOA 2020 Canadian Award for Financial Reporting be received for information.

That the Corporate Financial Statements for the County of Wellington as of March 31, 2022 be approved.​

That the Development Charge Reserve Fund statements for the period ending December 31, 2021 be approved, posted to the County website and shared with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, if requested.

That the Canada Community Building Fund Report as of December 31, 2021 be received for information.

That the Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund report for the period ending December 31, 2021 be received for information.

That the 2022 County-Wide Tax Policies as set out in Schedule ‘A’ be approved.

That the fiscal agent syndicate of National Bank Financial Inc. (as the lead fiscal agent) and RBC Dominion Securities Inc. be authorized to market a debenture issue by The Corporation of the County of Wellington (the “County”) in a principal amount not to exceed $13,325,000.00 ($Cdn) for the purposes of the County and for the purposes of The Corporation of the Township of Centre Wellington, and The Corporation of the Township of Guelph/Eramosa subject to the County’s receipt of an appropriate application (to be evidenced by a by-law) in accordance with section 404 of the Municipal Act, 2001 from such applicant municipalities.
