That County of Wellington Project No. CW2022-008 for the rehabilitation of the Penfold Bridge located on Wellington Road 16 approximately 6 kilometers north of Wellington Road 19 in the Township of Centre Wellington as specified, be awarded to Engineered Concrete Limited of Kitchener Ontario at the total tendered price of $724,992.42 exclusive of H.S.T. @ 13%; and That the funding for the project be approved as set out in the Financial Summary; and That staff be authorized to issue the Purchase Order for the contract; and That the Warden and Clerk be authorized to sign the construction agreements.
